English grammar practice. Support and privacy.
Questions, bugs, or anything about your purchase — email us and we reply within a few days.
Open GramR, go to the purchase screen, and tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with. You will not be charged again.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose GramR and tap Cancel. You keep access until the period you paid for ends.
Beginner starts with short, simple sentences and unlocks harder ones as you get them right. Intermediate goes straight to the longer, harder questions. You can switch at any time from the home screen — nothing is lost.
Please email us the sentence. English has exceptions, and if a question marks correct English as wrong we want to remove it. This genuinely helps.
Yes. Every question is stored on your phone. The app needs a connection only to make or restore a purchase.
GramR is published by Profound AI Solutions LLC, 2000 Ardent Way, Alameda, CA 94501, United States. It is built so that there is almost nothing to collect.
Your answers, your streak, your progress and which questions you have beaten are stored on your device only. They are never uploaded, never sent to us, and we cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
If you buy a subscription or lifetime access, the payment is handled by Apple. We never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm whether a purchase is active, which receives an anonymous identifier and the purchase itself — not your name, email or address. Their privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.
GramR is intended for ages 13 and over. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete on request. Removing the app removes everything. If you have a question about this, email the address above.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. We hold no personal data about you, so in practice there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase — your progress lives only on your own device.
The one exception is purchase data. If you buy a subscription, we process an anonymous identifier and the fact of that purchase, on the legal basis that it is necessary to perform our contract with you — namely, to unlock what you paid for. To ask about this, or to complain to a supervisory authority, use the contact address above.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We have not done so in the past twelve months.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date below.
